Our estimated time to arrive at the 1st location for our shot of the train (passing through blaby railway) will be 11am. This gives us enough time to set up and prepare for the train which its earliest estimated time coming through blaby will be 11:30, arriving in Narbrough at 11:49.
As a precaution, if this shot does not go to plan, the next time a train will be passing through will be 13:50. This gives us enough time to prepare, and evaluate thoroughly what did not go so well the first time and attempt the shot again.
Traveling:
Luckily my cast member can drive, there for getting to the different locations with the equipment will be easier, however we have worked out that he will be driving for roughly 1 hour, getting to the different locations. From driving at an average of 50mph at 40mpg, he will use about £17 worth of petrol.
Styling:
Alex's hair will be styled by using a small amount of wax and hair spray, to ensure his hair stays in place for the long periods of time. I will also be taking some of the wax and spray with me on the exterior shots incase it is necessary to re-style.
I will also be using an unnoticeable amount of concealer on Alex's face, to hide and blemishes or imperfections that may show up on the camera. This will make editing the video easier.
Timing:
The exterior shots are prioritised for 24th October due to weather conditions.
Throughout the day we will take regular breaks, and I will also regularly evaluate the shots and re-film if necessary.
